Product Description & Reviews
Ethiopia is the birthplace of the Arabica coffee bean, and presents an extremely complicated coffee environment. Coffee varies greatly depending on the region in which it was grown; coffees can be either natural or washed (often in the same region). Some notes: A small-bean coffee from the Sidamo region. Notable for deep flavors and floral notes. Tasting Notes: Medium bodied with very floral aromatics, a juicy peach/pineapple note is the first thing that pops right out and balances with a nice smooth chocolaty undertone. Subtle hints dependent on roast; herbal, spice, lemon, cherry, floral, smoke, and caramel. Great top notch pour over. Country: Ethiopia Region: Sidama Altitude: 1900-2000 M Process: Washed
